When you visit this website we process: IP address (truncated), device and browser information, page views, and timestamps. When you book an audit, we process the contact details you provide.
3. Purposes & legal basis
Operating and securing the website (legitimate interest, Art. 31(2)(a) FADP / Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), responding to your enquiries (contractual / pre-contractual, Art. 31(2)(a) FADP / Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and aggregate analytics (legitimate interest, anonymised).
4. Sub-processors
We use the following sub-processors: Vercel Inc. (hosting, US — covered by Swiss-US DPF and EU SCCs), Cal.com (scheduling, EU), Plausible Analytics (privacy-friendly analytics, EU). The current sub-processor list is published and updated under Art. 9 nFADP.
